Do I need experience?
No. We train you from the ground up, and experienced applicants are welcome too.
Do I drive the truck?
Yes. Technicians drive the company truck and rig to each job, so a valid driver’s license is required. You do not need your own vehicle for the work.
What does the work involve?
Driving to each job, running the equipment, ladders and roofs, working outside in Valley heat in summer and fog in winter, and dealing with customers face to face at their homes and businesses. It is physical, hands-on work.
Do I need my own equipment?
It is preferred, not required. If you have your own pressure washing equipment, say so on the form. If you don’t, we provide it. You bring reliability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Do I have to find my own customers?
No. We bring the jobs. Marketing, booking and scheduling are handled for you, so your day is spent doing the work.
Do you need my resume?
No, it is optional. Attach one on the form if you have it, or bring it when we talk.
