Valley Wash Pros is family owned and operated out of Fresno. The people who quote jobs are the people who do them, and the same crew goes back to the same customers, which means the standard of your work follows you around instead of disappearing into a dispatch system. That is a good thing if you take pride in what you do and a bad fit if you do not.

The work is outdoors and physical. Summer means triple-digit heat and early starts to beat it. Winter means tule fog and cold mornings. You will be on ladders and roofs, running hoses and equipment, and moving carefully around someone's tile, landscaping, glass and paint. Roof work in particular is trust work, and we train hard on doing it without breaking anything.

You will also talk to customers. Not sell to them, talk to them. Explaining what you are about to do and walking a homeowner through the result at the end is part of every job, and it is a big part of how a small local company keeps a 4.9 star rating across 644 Google reviews.

What We Look For

• You show up. On time, every scheduled day. In a small crew, one person missing changes everyone's day.
• You are careful with other people's property. Tile cracks, paint marks, plants die. The whole job is doing powerful work gently.
• You can be trusted on a roof. Comfortable at height, willing to follow safety procedure exactly, and honest enough to say when something looks unsafe.
• You can talk to a homeowner. Clear, polite and straight, including when the answer is that something cannot be fully restored.
• You want to learn the craft. Soft washing chemistry, surface-appropriate pressure, hard water and mineral removal, roof safety. There is more to this trade than pointing a wand.
• You are reliable with equipment. Rigs get cleaned, fuelled and checked. Gear that gets looked after does not fail on a customer's driveway.

Formal experience is welcome but not required for technician roles. Attitude and reliability are the parts we cannot teach.
