I was skeptical at first but after seeing the finished results I was sold. I wish I would’ve had guys at valley wash pro come out to my previous properties. The house looks amazing. Talk about all in one service. Windows, gutters , solar panels, concrete, drive way, stucco. They even did the balcony which we never discussed.I was actually contemplating painting the house. But after the job they did i definitely won’t be spending that ridiculous amount to get it painted.

Great employees, very polite and efficient. Carlos did a very nice job cleaning my gutters and roof, and left no mess afterward. I had a question for him after he left and he responded immediately. Good tech, provided photos so I could see the before and after, answered any questions I had.My original appointment was for noon, but things do come up this time of year and Carlos was later than that. The auto text system did keep me up to date, but I would have preferred a live call. However, since he was next door taking care of my neighbors rain gutters I was aware of his progress.I will use this company again. Cleaning my rain gutters and roof, and will also have them wash my windows when our rain season is over.

I recently worked with Valley Wash Pros on a problem that has been plaguing my house for years. Pigeons living under my solar panels. A few years ago I had a past control company install some guards that mostly keep the birds out. But on a few panels the glue came loose and let in some birds. Since then they have lived under the panels creating a nest and a ton of debris in my gutters. The pest control company who warrantied the panels had since been unresponsive.On a recent trip to Starbucks I just so happened to run into a sign for Valley Wash Pros. I took down their number and called them as soon as I came home. Within minutes I had arranged a same day quote. And right on time they showed up to take a look at my problem. They hopped on the roof with no problem and soon showed me close up videos of the problems I have been seeing as well as some I had no idea where happening. They quickly came up with a plan to address the issues and were ready to take on the job. Unfortunately this was during the week of our 113+ degree heatwave so we had to push back the date a bit. On the day of service they showed up on time and ready to work. I quickly heard them on my roof washing away the mess. What was great was they were so meticulous about not getting debris in my pool that they even did some of the work manually. They were very courteous to let me know every detail as their work continued. This was great as in that I never felt they were taking their time or wasting anyone's time.They wrapped up the job and their supervisor came by the next day to review it all, showing me videos of the completed work and then I got a phone call with an additional follow up.All in all it was a great experience and I am so happy to not wake up to pigeons on my roof and feathers all over the roof and sides of my house.

Valley wash pros arrived on time. The employee Felix was friendly and communicated well. Spent almost 8 hours cleaning our tile roof of 22 years that had never been cleaned. Very noticeably cleaner after job done. I requested a "soft wash" and they used clean chemicals to kill moss growth. They knew how to properly clean a tile roof. Paid just about .40cents per square foot, which is a good price. Excellent service with before and after pictures provided by company.

Timely, good price, and friendly service. I requested service for critter guard installation. They also power washed my whole roof and solar panels. 2 techs started work at 7:30 am to 12pm. They cleaned up well and was professional. Will let you all know if critter guards are effective later on.Edit: Adrian must be one of the service managers, I see him being mentioned here a lot, and for good reason obviously. Good guy.

Good presentation of services offered!Staff was very professional, arrived on time, and did an excellent job of debris removal, cleaning of solar panels, gutters, windows and soft washing house. They planned time to do the cleanup of debris. We also had them remove old mesh and install new high quality critter guard panels for bird control.Despite the 105+ degree heat, they had a great attitude and never complained about the heat, or the amount of debris they found. They listened and addressed any concerns you had...We set up a quarterly service to clean the solar panels with them.
